The exhibit Going to the Dogs, is anchored by Marcy Wheeler’s large-scale painting “Dog Park,” which depicts her canine companion, Murphy (front and center and fluffy), and all his friends from his Rossmoor dog park. In the rest of the exhibit, you’ll meet the other BASA artist’s favorite pets, including a couple of cats who seem a little leery about the company they find themselves in.

The Bay Area Studio Artists is a group of painters who have been working and showing together for about 15 years. This is BASA’S 5th exhibit at Orinda Books. Group members include:
