Sonja Shah-Williams is a London- and Suffolk-based Ayurvedic Medicine practitioner who offers a unique and modern approach to the ancient holistic medicine system of Ayurveda. Her custom-tailored programs for clients allow them to manage their own health through individualized food and lifestyle adjustments. Sonja has recently launched her own range of pure Ayurvedic body oils to bring the ancient practice of anointing the skin to a modern setting.
